How do I return an item?
To return an item you need to firstly let us know by emailing email@example.com and we will issue you with an authorised returns number. If the item is not faulty you will then have to organise the return of the product yourself, either by post or by returning it directly to one of our stores (use our store locator to find your local store).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind, at this point you need to contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have already shipped the item you will have to go through the returns procedure (see above).
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately this is not a service we are currently able to offer, however we are looking to implement this very soon.
