How do I return an item?

If for any reason you wish to return an item, we can offer a refund if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact roomltd@aol.co.uk to inform us of any refunds before they are sent.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind, at this point you need to contact us as soon as possible at roomltd@aol.co.uk. If we have already shipped the item you will have to go through the returns procedure (see above).
